Humble Greetings from W10.
After a rocky January we are looking forward to a better 2019. We are glad to report that our friend, Donna, who survived the accident on January 12th is home and recovering. We continue to wish her the best and hope she continues to have a speedy recovery. We want to take this opportunity to introduce John Lloyd. You may see him around the airport helping us in many capacities but our main goal is to keep progress going on our plans to get hangars in place as well as all of our other projects we have planned. We are hoping that John will help us keep the momentum going even when we are traveling for the Flight Test business. This coming Saturday, February 2nd will be the monthly Saturday Social at the Mukilteo Coffee Roasters. In addition to the usual casual discussions, we are pleased to welcome the South Whidbey High School Aviation Club this month, to tell us more about their club and what they are doing. We hope you can make it! On a very happy note we are excited to share that our very own Fred Lundahl was awarded an AOPA 2018 Distinguished Flight Instructor Award. We are very proud of Fred's dedication to aviation and inspiring so many others to share in his passion. We also wanted to thank Eric Hanson for getting frustrated at not being able to see his flaps and thus motivating and assisting us make the office flight simulator even cooler by adding side screens so you can easily look out the windows. =) We appreciate all of your help! We look forward to seeing you on Saturday! Sky and Tara Rudolph
