Saturday Social
It's already time for our Saturday Social at The Muk.  Join us at 10am this Saturday for some coffee and breakfast with fellow aviation enthusiasts.

Private Pilot Ground School
Due to schedules and availability Ground School had a couple week recess but everyone is back at it.  We still have not determined when the next session will begin but interest is already growing and we will make that announcement when the time is right. If you have any questions please contact Dave Bennett at [email protected] or Tara or Sky Rudolph at W10 via email at [email protected] or call us at 360-321-0510.

Sonex Takes It's First Flight!
Rick and his Sonex lifted off effortlessly during their maiden flight out of W10.  Congratulations on your success and we are so excited to see the dedication and hard work pay off.  You are an inspiration to us all!

For anyone else who may be interested in building their own plane like Rick, there is an EAA SportAir Workshop happening on October 26-27th, 2019 at the Museum of Flight Restoration Facility, Paine Field.  They say the class sizes are limited so you need to enroll at EAA.org/Seattle or call 1-800-967-5746.  The classes offered in Seattle appear to be Fabric Covering, Electrical & Avionics and Composite.  Based on what I can tell each class is a 2 day workshop so you have to pick one and it costs $319.

Congratulations, Eric!!!
We are pleased to announce that Eric Hansen obtained his PPL this month!  Starting from scratch with Scarlett and Fred, Eric worked his way through all the requirements and testing and is now a Private Pilot.  Great work, Eric!

There are a few more of Scarlett and Fred's students that are gearing up to take their tests so good luck to you all!!!!

W10 Swag
We are starting to get some W10 swag available.  Currently there are Cinch Bags ($15) and W10 oval stickers ($5) available so you can represent your favorite little airport in the woods.  All proceeds go towards the airport to help with maintenance and improvement projects.
